The Marine Park Community Association would like to provide some helpful updates and information to our community during the COVID-19 State Of Emergency.  

We both encourage and hope everyone is practicing safe social distancing, appropriate hygiene, and following all the CDC, and Government rules regarding COVID-19.



Below is a list of resources, and local information:

 - KEY FOOD, 2245 Gerritsen Avenue, 718-648-4565. Senior Shopping hours 7am-8am Mon-Sunday. Online Ordering and Delivery is Available.

- Met Food, 3404 Quentin Rd, Brooklyn, (718) 645-1476, New Hours are 8am - 7pm, Food deliver policy is as follows - you must come into the store and shop for your items for home drop off. No senior shopping hours.

- Food Universe - Flatbush Avenue, Store hours 7am - 8pm, Food delivery policy is as follows you must shop in store and spend $50 for home delivery. No Senior shopping hours.

The Buckley family is taking the current pandemic very seriously. Our main concern is the safety and health of you, our customers, our employees, and our family. 

In response, takeout and delivery is available from 3 to 8 PM until further notice. 

We are also offering our 4 for $40 which includes four orders of one single entree, mashed potatoes, and a vegetable. This offer is for pickup only and choices includes Roast Beef, Meatloaf, or Fresh Ham only.

- Brenans Meat Market - Closed to the public, you can call for orders at 718-758-1289, for order pick up/curbside delivery. Hours for ordering are 8am - 6pm, after 2pm orders will most likely be processed for the following day.

- Michael’s Restaurant Brooklyn- Closed Monday’s, no dinning in, closing now at 8pm, limited delivery, they are doing take out orders for curbside pick up.

- Marine Park hardware - New Hours - 9am - 4:30pm M-Sat, 9:30am - 1:30pm Sunday, Public access is limited to only half of the store to practice sage social distancing. You can call for crib side orders. They have no masks or hand sanitizers, but they have plenty of rubber gloves, house hold cleaners and house hold items.

- Franks Pizza Flatbush - Depending on business they may stay open either till 8 or 9pm, hours may change daily, delivery only.

- Moretti Bakery, 3 people are allowed in the store at a time, Open Hours 7am - 2pm.

- Palermo Bakery Shop, Open Tuesday - Sat 8:30am -6:30pm, Sun 9am - 5pm.  

- Aliotta Pastry Shop, 8am to 7pm, 2 people at a time in store. Check their Instagram and  Facebook for updates.

- Super Dream Laundromat, 3126 Avenue U, Brooklyn, NY 11229, 9-5pm  Mon-Sun, no drop off service.

- Bubbles Laundromat, 7:30 -7:30pm Mon-Sun, still offering drop off service. 5803 Avenue T, Brooklyn, NY 11234

- Catholic Church Update - Good Shepherd Church is offering a daily 10am FB Live Mass, however Saint Columbia has nothing schedule at this time and is directing people to Good Shepherds FB and the Catholic Channel.

- Lenny and John’s and Kings Plaza are closed.  

- JoMart Chocolates, M-Sat 10-5pm is advising people to call ahead for orders. They have EASTER CHOCOLATES.

- Senator Andrew Gounardes office information/updates. Testing is now by appointment only please call #1844NYC4NYC. The Senator’s office is open for phone calls only, no walk ins. Please call 718-238-6044, The Senator is looking for volunteers to help with aiding in delivers to the elderly. He is conducting daily staff meeting to bring new updates to the community via his Facebook page.

- Carmine Carro Community Center is closed.

- The MPCA will continue to update you as new information becomes available, please check with all these business directly for any daily changes.
